Mühlering 3, 6102 Malters

In the village center of Malters, ANLIKER built three apartment buildings with a parking garage underneath. In the old park of Villa Trautheim, 26 owner-occupied and 24 rental apartments of various sizes were built. The Mühlehof is a classic, straight-lined new building. The Ramstein house has high rooms on the attic floor, the sloping roof is made of concrete and the window walls were made with suspended concrete elements. The park building has a "toothed" facade that was made entirely of concrete.
