Huebwisstrasse 3a - 10, Fällanden

The Huebwis settlement was developed together with the client on the basis of an existing design plan.
A total of 78 generously sized apartments and a common room were built to the Minergie standard. Three building volumes of different sizes with underground parking garages form the architectural structure. The facades of the four- and five-storey buildings are horizontally layered. Glazed stoneware tiles and rubble alternate in warm sand colors. The settlement is characterized by its location between the wide, open agricultural zone and the commercial area.
